About Sabrina

Sabrina is the Owner and Founder of Healing Path Counselling Services. She is a registered social worker and has been practicing for 25+ years having completed a Master’s in Social Work and holding Certifications in Cognitive Behavioural and Somatic Experiencing Therapies. Sabrina's practice focuses on various approaches that are tailored to individual needs. These can include: strengths-based, motivational, systems, play-based and mindfulness approaches. She is a Reiki Master and enjoys energy healing. Additionally, she is trauma informed, is trained in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and works with First Responders. Sabrina is a firm believer that successful therapy is a collaborative relationship between therapist and client and one that is based in authenticity and hope to support effective change. She also believes that our challenges, pain and suffering — while difficult, can also bring forward growth and learning. Sabrina is also a proud mother, author and motivational speaker.
