About Sabrina

Sabrina is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology degree from the University of Lethbridge. She provides individual therapy to youth (aged 15+) and adults. Sabrina fosters a safe, supportive environment in therapy by being honest, real, and genuine with her clients. She brings empathy, curiosity, and
humour to sessions, helping clients feel empowered and connect with their inner
wisdom. Sabrina is thoughtful in exploring what brings her clients to therapy, honoring
the resilience that has carried them this far, and helping build self-awareness and coping skills to support a more meaningful life.
Her integrative therapeutic approach draws from several modalities, including trauma-informed practice, client-centered care, attachment theory, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Sabrina is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and uses this for trauma as well as other areas of health, including relationships, people-pleasing, perfectionism and codependency.
