As a Certified Orthopedic Physiotherapist, clinic owner, mentor, and mother, Sabrina brings a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in treating temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Her mission is to support individuals in her community by delivering individualized, evidence-based care to relieve pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.
Sabrina began her career as an Orthopedic Physiotherapist, developing expertise in musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, trauma-informed therapies, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Her work with patients experiencing head, neck, and jaw dysfunction—including TMJ disorders, chronic headaches, and facial pain—sparked a strong interest in this area of care. She recognizes the interconnected nature of the jaw, neck, and nervous system, and is passionate about helping patients regain comfort and function through a comprehensive, hands-on approach.
She specializes in women’s, men’s, and pediatric pelvic health and TMJ, employing a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription, functional rehabilitation, and self-management education to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
Sabrina holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (Hons.) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics (Hons.) from the University of Ottawa. Fluent in both French and English, she is committed to advancing pelvic health care.
