About Ryan
Ryan is a Humber College graduate from the Advanced Diploma Massage Therapy program and Wilfrid Laurier University from the Kinesiology program (BKin). Ryan is well-trained and specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Additionally, Ryan is trained in Cupping Therapy and he provides orthopedic assessments and prescribing remedial exercise, such as stretches and strengthening exercises. Having learned about an array of conditions and musculoskeletal issues, Ryan is qualified to rehabilitate sports injuries, shoulder impingement, strains, lower back pain, postural concerns and prevent such issues before they occur in the first place as well.
Outside of working as a massage therapist, Ryan enjoys physical activities such as swimming and racket sports as well as cooking and trying new food spots around the city.
