From the moment I first called, Karen was warm, friendly, and easy-going, she immediately put me at ease and made booking my appointment a breeze. Ryan, my physiotherapist, was absolutely fantastic. He has such a great disposition, calm, professional, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. I left feeling comfortable, confident, and reassured that with Ryan’s help, I’ll be on the right path to recovery.
