Registered Psychotherapist – BA, PG.Dip., RP Roxanne is a bilingual (English and French) Registered Psychotherapist offering therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, emotional challenges, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, life transitions, ADHD, autism-related emotional challenges, and self-esteem concerns. She welcomes clients in both English and French and is committed to creating a warm, welcoming space where people feel safe to be themselves, openly explore their emotions, and discover their strengths in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment. Roxanne believes that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves. She works collaboratively with clients to explore the connection between their emotions, life experiences, and current challenges while helping them build self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, and self-compassion. Her goal is to help clients develop practical tools while recognizing their own strengths and moving toward a life that aligns with their values. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Roxanne integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), client-centred therapy, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, play-based interventions with children, and mindfulness and nervous system regulation strategies. She believes that every client is unique and tailors therapy to each person's individual needs, strengths, and goals. Roxanne believes that healing happens when people feel safe to be themselves, understand their emotions, and embrace their authentic selves with compassion.
