Roweena is a Registered Massage Therapist graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She specializes in Swedish techniques such as trigger point treatment, dynamic release, joint mobilization, PNF and passive stretching. She has additional training in dry cupping and a certificate in Fascial Stretch Therapy. With an interest in rehabilitation and relaxation, her experience ranges from working with weekend warriors and active individuals to desk workers. Having played sports throughout her life, including volleyball which she still actively enjoys, Roweena brings a deep understanding of athletic needs and recovery to their practice. Outside of work and exercise, she is an avid crocheter, gamer and anime enthusiast, combining her love for creativity and relaxation in her down time. Roweena’s commitment to supporting others in achieving physical wellness and a balanced lifestyle is at the core of her professional work.
