About Romy
Romy has spent most of his time and childhood growing up in the world of mixed martial arts and sports. He knows what it takes to train hard, the discipline and determination, the regiment of improving skills and techniques, the injuries that comes with the game, and what it takes to be an athlete. He graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2015. His background in instructional and competetive martial arts and fitness as a personal trainer, as well as the health and hospitality industry compliments his massage therapy practice. His passion allows him to apply an educational approach to helping patients improve there overall performance with mind/body health issues by increasing the patients knowledge of the importance of self-care practice specific to their medical conditions and individual needs.
His experience and techniques includes but is not limited to: Cranial sacral, myofascial release, deep tissue, general swedish, joint mobilization, trigger point techniques, cupping and hotstone, thai massage, sports massage, pre-natal/post-natal, pre/post surgical massage. Further more, he is always seeking new ways to help improve his skills to help better his patients.
