About Rolando

Rolando, who is very passionate about serving the community, is the director, originator, and psychotherapist of Therapeutic Intervention Psychotherapy Services (TIPS). Presently, he is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and an EAP counsellor with the government of Alberta. He spends a lot of time working with couples and individuals to rediscover their inner strengths and improve their relationships. He received his Master of Arts in Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and is currently a PhD student at California Southern University in clinical psychology. Rolando is a very dynamic presenter who does a lot of workshops in and around the province of Alberta, ranging from anger management, parenting, substance abuse, and stress management. He is an eclectic therapist who engages clients by using different modalities, including narrative, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and solution focused strength based approaches.
