Roeu's passion for health and wellness has been the driving force behind her career. With a background in Biology and more than 8 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, she has helped people move better, gain strength, and build confidence in their bodies.
Her commitment to holistic wellness led her to become a Certified 200hr Yoga Instructor, a Hormone Specialist, and trained in Cupping Therapy. Still, she felt one piece was missing.
Becoming a Registered Massage Therapist completed the puzzle, allowing Roeu to integrate her knowledge of movement, recovery, and science into one practice designed to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced.
Outside the clinic, Roeu enjoys working out and spending time in the great outdoors with her loyal sidekick, Nacho.
Roeu also prioritizes her mental well-being through journaling and reading, which helps her stay grounded and balanced in both her personal and professional life.
