I believe the way in which we each uniquely interpret our world informs our experience in it. In our work together, part of my role is to walk along side you while we work to better understand your inner experiences, find ways to attend to your needs and move towards healing. I strive to provide an environment which feels safe, warm, nonjudgmental, and where you feel comfortable to show up exactly as you are. I strongly believe that the strength of our relationships with others and sense of security within those relationships has a tremendous impact on our mental health and well-being.
