Struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in life?
You don’t have to figure it out alone. I help adults and couples break out of painful patterns, heal from emotional wounds, and move toward a more fulfilling life—with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care.
Life can absolutely get better. In our work together, you’ll find a warm, confidential, and judgment-free environment where your experiences are honored and your goals matter. Clients often share that they feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. We’ll create space to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and develop tools to help you navigate life with more confidence and calm.
I work with adults (18+) and couples navigating issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more. I take a collaborative, individualized approach—because you're not a “cookie-cutter” person, and your therapy shouldn’t be either.
My style blends structured, evidence-based methods with humor, practical skills, and deep empathy. Together, we’ll build a roadmap that works for you—whether we’re healing old wounds, managing daily stressors, or building more fulfilling relationships.
