About Rita

Rita Kako is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Health, Science, and Technology. In addition to her massage therapy credentials, Rita is a Registered Manual Osteopath (RMO) and a member of the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA). As a Manual Osteopathy Practitioner, she offers osteopathic manual therapy focused on restoring balance, improving mobility, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Rita is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist/Complete Decongestive Therapist (CLT/CDT), having completed Levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as Lymphedema Management and Taping through the internationally recognized Dr. Vodder School. Her specialized training enables her to provide comprehensive care for individuals with lymphedema and related conditions. She is trained in oncology massage and is a preferred practitioner with the Society for Oncology Massage, providing safe, tailored care for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. Rita is a proud member of the Lymphedema Association of Ontario and is committed to providing evidence-based, client-centered care with a focus on lymphatic health, structural alignment, and overall wellness..
