Risheene “Reese” Pinnock is a graduate of Humber Polytechnic’s Massage Therapy program. Reese’s journey into massage therapy began after a workplace injury, when therapeutic massage became an important part of her own recovery. This experience gave her a personal understanding of how pain affects daily life and the value of a safe, supportive space for physical and mental well-being.
With a background in dental hygiene, Reese has a special interest in TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain and clenching, migraines, and tension headaches, as well as muscle tension and discomfort throughout the body. Her treatments include Swedish massage, myofascial release, facial massage, deep tissue work, and other therapeutic techniques, tailored to each client’s goals to help relieve pain, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.
