Born and raised in Prince George, Richard is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) that specializes in injury rehabilitation, sports therapy, and performance training. He graduated Magna Cum Laude honours with a BSc in Exercise Science from Baker University (Kansas) in 2013, where he also played collegiate soccer. He then completed his MSc in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2017. Richard holds advanced certifications in strength & conditioning, exercise physiology, and dry needling, offering personalized treatment plans to help clients recover, prevent injuries, and improve performance. He returned to Prince George in 2021 and, outside of work, enjoys spending most of his free time in the outdoors.
