About Richard

Richard is a graduate of the massage therapy program at the WCCMT in Victoria. Richard has a background in Personal Training and Kinesiology. He has a special interest in assessment and movement-based treatment. After receiving a degree in exercise science, he realized that there can be certain barriers to exercise that manual therapy can facilitate. After 6 years of helping patients through movement and exercise, he is transitioning to a practice which includes a combination of exercise and massage therapy, or either modality on it’s own! Richard enjoys playing basketball and working out in his time off. He has a special interest in mycology and holistic nutrition. Richard believes in a holistic approach to health which simultaneous decreases disease span while increasing health span to increase quality of life!
