About Reza

Reza received his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Toronto, majoring in psychology and neuroscience. Reza is devoted to patient-centred care by utilizing evidence-based knowledge and practical skills to improve the physical functioning and wellbeing of his clients. His approach to treatment focuses primarily on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and education. Reza has completed his level I manual therapy diploma, Level I Selective Functional Movement Screen, an acupuncture course, as well as advanced physical therapy and personal training courses. He plans to take additional continuing education courses to further his manual and practical skills. Reza has provided patient care in a variety of settings including acute inpatient orthopaedics, outpatient spinal cord injury rehab, community/home, and outpatient clinics. Being exposed to different settings has allowed him to work with a diverse group of patients. Reza has experience working with a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, shoulder pain, low back pain, ankle/foot pain, patellofemoral pain syndrome, lateral epicondylalgia (tennis elbow) and post-operative hip and knee replacements.
