I also have successful career experience working therapeutically with palliative patients and their caregivers to tackle grief, bereavement and care burnout. I am also an expert in the field of working with mood disorders (depression, anxiety), relationship issues (using attachment theory), dissociative disorders, and many other concerns you might have. I also treat and work with self-esteem/worth, existential questions, burnout, life transitions, and other concerns. I employ an eclectic approach pulling first from a person-centered, client-focused framework, then add in together modern, scientifically validated methods of care (ACT,CBT,DBT). I treat you first and foremost like a Person who has your own strength within you, so that you can learn how better to support yourself and come to a state of rest and inner peace. I strongly believe therapy needs to be effective but also fun.
