About Rebecca

Rebecca was born and raised in Strathroy, Ontario, where she attended Strathroy District Collegiate Institute. She grew up playing competitive soccer and competing in track and field. Rebecca then moved to London, Ontario where she attended the Massage Therapy program at TriOS College and graduated with honours. She is currently registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Rebecca is experienced in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, and PNF stretching. She is also currently working towards her certification in Assisted Stretching Therapy. She has a special interest in rehabilitation focused treatments and is dedicated to helping her clients live healthier, happier, and more active lives. In her free time Rebecca loves spending time with her family, going for hikes, and watching a good movie!
