Rebecca is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Trauma Specialist, and Coach, with a focus In Trauma, Grief, and addictions. Rebecca practices from a holistic lens, utilizing her background in healthcare, law enforcement, fitness, and bodywork. Her approach is to meet her clients where they're at, understanding that therapy is not a one size fits all approach. Rebecca's goal is to not only help her clients create safety and process their traumas; but to help them develop new lifestyle tools and skills to support the changed state of their nervous system after processing work is completed. Her message to her clients is that they are already whole; she is simply there to help them put the pieces back together so they can live their best life, feeling safe to express themselves authentically.
