About Reagan

I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Clinical Counsellor with eight years of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals facing various mental health and emotional challenges. Presenting issues that I have previously worked on with my clients include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I employ evidence-based techniques from multiple therapeutic frameworks and utilize client-centred approaches to foster healing and personal growth. With an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Lethbridge and a Masters of Counselling from City University, I bring a deep understanding of psychological theories and practical skills to my practice. I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards meaningful change.
