As a Registered Massage Therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients feel their best through personalized, therapeutic treatments that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. I specialize in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, and Pre/Postnatal massage, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs—whether that’s relieving chronic tension, improving mobility, or supporting your body through the stages of pregnancy and recovery. My approach combines skill, intuition, and care to create a safe, calming space where you can unwind, reset, and reconnect with your body. My goal is to help you move and live more comfortably—one treatment at a time. Outside of the clinic, I find inspiration in family time, outdoor adventures, cooking, and personal wellness.
