Her journey into massage therapy began with a deep passion for helping and connecting with people, which has been the driving force behind her six years of practice. Ranika graduated from Centennial College Massage Therapy program, where she gained a strong foundation in both Swedish and non-Swedish massage techniques. Her advanced training includes trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, cupping, taping, and hot stone massage. In addition, she has experience in prenatal and infant massage, as well as sports massage, making her a versatile therapist capable of meeting a wide range of patient needs. Ranika’s education and hands-on experience enable her to perform a variety of safe and effective treatments, all while focusing on her patients' unique treatment goals and addressing their specific conditions. She firmly believes that Massage Therapy is more than just a relaxation tool—it’s a comprehensive therapeutic experience that contributes to overall wellness.
