Therapy can provide a safe space to unpack your struggles, celebrate successes, develop resilience, and find a sense of peace. My approach to therapy is compassionate and holistic. Leading with empathy and curiosity, I strive to create a caring space for you to explore your experiences, values, and goals. My desire is to come alongside as you discover new ways of navigating challenges and experiencing meaningful relationships. Experience Ranessa holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and brings over a decade of experience as a frontline healthcare worker, post-secondary educator, and youth community volunteer. Her diverse background has shaped a deeply empathetic and trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals from all walks of life. Ranessa’s work focuses on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. With a calm, supportive presence, Ranessa creates a safe space where clients can feel understood, empowered, and equipped to handle life’s challenges with confidence. She is especially passionate about supporting new mothers through the profound transition into motherhood, helping parents navigate the emotional challenges of raising children, and guiding teens as they develop emotional regulation and communication skills.
