About Randi
Originally from the Kootenays, Randi moved to the Lower Mainland after high school to attend WCCMT, where she began her journey toward becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2008 and has called the Comox Valley home since 2016.
Throughout her career, Randi has had the privilege of working with people experiencing a wide range of concerns, including everyday aches and pains, pregnancy-related discomfort, repetitive strain injuries, osteoarthritis, hip replacements, post-mastectomy and breast reduction recovery, headaches, plantar fasciitis, chronic pain, post-activity soreness, stress, and the need for general relaxation and wellness.
Randi takes the time to listen to each patient and understand what they are experiencing. She then tailors each treatment to their individual needs and goals, using a variety of techniques and adjusting pressure to ensure their comfort. She also provides personalized home-care recommendations, including stretches and strengthening exercises, to support self-management, recovery, and injury prevention.
Outside of massage therapy, Randi enjoys spending time with her husband, little ones, and their dog, Baz. As a family, they love getting outdoors and sharing her favourite activities, including snowboarding and mountain biking. When she’s taking some time to slow down, you’ll often find Randi with a good book.
