Hi, I specialize in supporting adults living with complex trauma, chronic pain, and neurodivergence, especially late-diagnosed autism and ADHD. Many of the people I work with have spent years bracing—for something to go wrong, for their body to let them down, or for others not to understand. My approach is patient, somatic, and deeply relational. Therapy with me is a place where you can be honest about the shame, exhaustion, resentment, and overwhelm without being rushed toward a quick fix.
