Rachelle graduated from a 3,000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Program in 2017 right here in Calgary and is a member in good standing with the CRMTA. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and views massage therapy as a powerful tool to support that natural process. Rachelle takes an intuitive and effective approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every client. She offers a wide range of modalities including deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, and cupping. In addition to her core training, Rachelle holds certifications in kinetic therapy, dynamic cupping, and orthopedic massage for both the upper and lower body. She also specializes in prenatal and postnatal massage. When she's not working, you'll likely find Rachelle at the barn with her horse, out on a hiking trail with her dog, or enjoying a yoga session.
