Rachelle graduated from a 3,000 hr Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program in 2017 right here in Calgary and is a member in good standing with the CRMTA . She believes in the body's innate ability to heal and views massage therapy as a powerful tool to support that natural process. Rachelle takes an intuitive and effective approach , tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every client .. She offers a wide range of modalities , including deep tissue, relaxation , therapeutic , trigger point therapy , hot stone massage , and cupping . In addition to her core training , Rachelle also holds certifications in Kinetic Therapy , Dynamic Cupping , and Orthopedic Massage in both the upper and lower body. She also specializes in prenatal and postnatal massage . When she is not working , you will likely find Rachelle at the barn with her horse , out on a hiking trail with her dog , or at a yoga session .
