About Rachel

It's been over 20 years that I became aware of society’s growing awareness and need for alternative health care. Graduating from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2005, I have worked in both clinical and spa environments. I also trained at the Steiner Academy in London, England to specialize in spa treatments before working at sea for Princess Cruises. My passion is helping people improve their overall quality of life! Each treatment is tailored to the individual. My areas of expertise include Swedish/ Therapeutic and sports massage, TMJ disorder (jaw pain), prenatal, myofascial release, rehabilitation as well as relaxation. Faith and family are a huge part of my life. I have been blessed with a supportive husband, Matt, along with two healthy, energetic boys, Koen and Grayson. Tennis in the summer & skiing once there's snow are some of my favourite pastimes. I am so appreciative for each and every client I have had the privilege of treating over the years.
