Rachel Guymer is a highly experienced massage therapist, registered with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario from 1999 – 2019 and College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia since 2015.
With extensive training in myofascial release, acupressure, and Thai massage and a preferred focus area of deep tissue therapy, Rachel brings an integrated approach to every client. Her treatment style balances the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health for optimal well-being.
Since moving to Vancouver from London, Ontario in 2015, Rachel has thrived in the local outdoor scene as a competitive triathlete, open water swimmer, experienced runner, hiker and snowboarder.
Her personal motto – never stop learning – serves her well as she continuously seeks out new knowledge for improving and restoring the functioning body, from cross-discipline education in areas such as pain science and holistic nutrition, to her voracious consumption of health and science podcasts and documentaries.
Rachel is thrilled to bring her ever-growing body of knowledge and more than twenty years of practice to the Mint Integrative team.
