Rachael has always been passionate about health care and helping others. Her journey into Massage Therapy began through her own experience—frequent visits to a Massage Therapist for both mental and physical well-being left a lasting impression. Amazed by the results and the positive impact it had on her life, she was inspired to pursue the profession herself to help others feel their best. Rachael graduated with an Advanced Honours Diploma in Massage Therapy from Mohawk College. Since then, she has worked with a diverse range of patients, including individuals with chronic conditions, injuries, seniors, athletes, students, and children. She brings curiosity and compassion to each session and continues to expand her knowledge to better support those she cares for. Rachael uses a variety of techniques, including Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and remedial exercise. She works with light to moderate pressure and does not offer deep tissue treatments, focusing instead on a more gentle yet effective approach to help relieve tension and promote overall wellness. Her treatment plans are always personalized—tailored to each patient’s needs, goals, and preferences.
