Quentin is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Kinesiology and a strong interest in injury rehab and active living. After dealing with sports injuries himself, he was inspired to help others recover and stay moving.
He uses a combination of deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and active techniques like stretching and strengthening exercises.
Outside of work, Quentin enjoys rock climbing, running, and spending time on the trails hiking and backpacking. He’s passionate about helping clients better understand their bodies and move with confidence.
