In clinic, Queenly assesses the patient’s needs, symptoms and vitals to make an informed TCM treatment plan.
Impaired circulation and obstructions in meridians + organs can cause problems such as: tightness, stagnation, pain, inflammation, difficulty breathing, digestive problems, hormonal imbalance, headache, stress/anxiety, chronic inflammatory diseases, weakened immune function, mental & emotional distress, insomnia, infertility and fatigue.
Therefore, Queenly uses Acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, massage, Gua Sha, Moxa, and nutrition to address root causes of ailments and to restore internal balance. She studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy. During her training as a TCM Practitioner, she also attained certification as a DOMP with the OOAMA, to better understand pain management principals.
Prior her TCMP license, Queenly taught Yoga as a certified RYT since 2010. She later added training in Pilates and TRX to diversify her approach to health & wellness.
Queenly strives to live a sustainable lifestyle and empowers others to be proactive and sustainable with their own healthcare. Outside of Yoga and TCM, she enjoys cooking with nutritious + delicious ingredients, as well as mitigate the impacts of the climate crisis and inequality in our society. She also loves to hike, travel and learn.
