I provide individualized, evidence-informed care for patients experiencing pelvic floor concerns, with a focus on improving strength, coordination, mobility, function, and overall quality of life. My approach includes thorough assessment, patient education, therapeutic exercise, breathing and relaxation strategies, and personalized rehabilitation programs. I work with patients to better understand their symptoms and feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies. I am passionate about creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where pelvic health concerns can be discussed openly and without judgment.
