“I'm struggling with recurring disc herniations and went in seeking traction therapy. I was assessed by Punnar who talked to me at length about my condition and ultimately decided that this was not a good therapy for me. My herniation was still too accute and we couldn't even do a proper assessment because of my pain levels. I'm sorry if I left with a disspointed look on my face, of course I was sad, but the frustration is only with my condition. I HIGHLY respect a therapist who is honest and will not do something that will make the condition worse. This is a sign of a good physio. I will come back when my herniation is at the next stage of recovery. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism.”
