About Puloma

Puloma believes physiotherapy should feel like a supportive and empowering partnership, tailored to each person’s unique story, goals, and lifestyle. She graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2026, and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Global Health and Nutrition from UBC. She brings a diverse healthcare and leadership background, having worked as a Medical First Responder with St. John Ambulance and as a Crisis Responder with the Fraser Health Crisis Line. Puloma was also elected by her peers and the physiotherapy community across British Columbia to serve as a Director with the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia, where she led professional advocacy, community engagement, and student skills development initiatives. Puloma grew up in Burnaby and recently moved to Langley. She has had the privilege of treating patients across British Columbia’s diverse cities, islands, and valleys in homes, community health centres, hospitals, and private clinics. Her experience spans all stages of life-from newborns and premature infants in the NICU to seniors over 100 years old-giving her a broad and compassionate perspective on care. She has a clinical interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and clinical Pilates. Using an evidence-based and biopsychosocial approach, Puloma begins with a thorough assessment and then incorporates hands-on manual therapy, personalized exercise programs, education, lifestyle strategies, and therapeutic modalities. She takes time to listen carefully and create treatment plans that feel approachable, collaborative, and aligned with each patient’s comfort level and goals. Whether you are new to physiotherapy or returning after injury, Puloma strives to make every visit a positive and encouraging experience. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys skiing, nature walks, reading, and exploring new cafés-coffee recommendations are always welcome! Puloma looks forward to helping you feel stronger, move with confidence, and thrive in the activities that make your life meaningful. Professional Qualifications: • Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic Division, Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Program Level 1 • Concussion Awareness Training Tool (CATT Course)
