About Pooja
Pooja Patel is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist, PT who is passionate about helping people move with greater confidence, build strength, and live healthier, more active lives. She believes that effective rehabilitation goes beyond treating symptoms—it’s about understanding each individual and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and long-term well-being.
Pooja completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya (KSV University) in 2020 and later completed the Health and Fitness Promotion program at Humber College. Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and geriatric care.
Her approach combines therapeutic exercise, patient education, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs, abilities, and goals. Pooja takes the time to listen and understand what matters most to her patients, creating a supportive environment where they feel heard, comfortable, and motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, Pooja is committed to providing inclusive and personalized care for people from diverse backgrounds.
Outside the clinic, Pooja enjoys travelling, arts and crafts, and cooking. She values an active, balanced lifestyle and brings that same philosophy into her approach to helping patients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their everyday lives.
