About Pooja
Pooja Pansheriya is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with over 6 years of clinical
experience helping individuals restore movement, alleviate pain, and achieve optimal
physical function. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care
and empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery and long-term well-
being.
Pooja earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from SNDT Women’s University,
Mumbai, India, in 2019. She is certified in Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy and Mulligan
Mobilization and has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of
musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, postural dysfunctions, and movement-related
impairments.
Throughout her career, Pooja has successfully treated a wide range of musculoskeletal
injuries and conditions involving the neck, back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle.
Her experience includes managing both acute and chronic pain, post-operative
rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, overuse syndromes, and movement dysfunctions
affecting individuals of all ages and activity levels.
Her treatment approach combines the latest evidence-based practices with personalized
rehabilitation strategies tailored to each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle. Pooja
incorporates a range of manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue mobilization,
myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching, and therapeutic exercise, to promote pain
relief, restore functional movement, and enhance physical performance.
