About Ping
Thanks for noticing me!
I’m originally from China, but I’ve been living in Canada for 10 years now. Since 2017, I’ve owned and run the Knotless Massage clinic.
I absolutely love massage therapy—it’s my passion! I’ve had extensive training both in China and here in Canada, which gives me a really diverse skill set. This means I can customize treatments to fit each client’s specific needs, mixing different techniques to get great results.
We offer direct billing, and there’s no extra fee for submitting your electronic claims. Plus, I work Sundays too, just to make it easier for everyone to find a time that works for them.
Oh, and let me tell you about my dog Mocha! She’s a 7-year-old female Labrador Retriever, super smart and friendly. Occasionally, it would stay with me in the clinic. She loves greeting clients, and her warm presence often makes people feel so welcome they don’t want to leave. And of course, she’s always excited for your next visit!
The pandemic had me stuck in Canada for a full 5 years, and during that time, I really became a part of this community. I share in the joys and challenges of our city—it feels like home now.
Over the years, I’ve earned the trust of many clients who have seen how regular massages benefit their health. I truly believe that if more people could access regular massages, it would help reduce healthcare costs overall.
Living in Canada has been such an amazing journey for me. There’s even a special number that brought me here—it’s quite a story! I adore the little rabbits around here; they’re not white all year round, unlike what some might expect. And Canadians? They’re so simple, kind, and polite—it’s one of the things I love most about this country.
My little clinic is like a big window that brings China's deep culture here and helps my clients really understand China. I’m so grateful for all my clients who have supported me over the years! Over the past seven years, we’ve grown into a community of over 600 clients. I know I’ve got to keep pushing myself.
