About Phil

I am the safe-space container. I am the motivational coach. I am the intuitive teacher. There are two things preventing us from living the life we fully desire. Human beings are natural magnets for peace, abundance and good health. We inevitably suffer through traumas and setbacks in order to gain the perseverance to move through them. With that said the two areas of our being that suffer the most blockages are our energetic body and our subconscious. The mind and the heart are meant to function in coherence and this can’t be done if one or both areas are blocked and not working in harmony. I received my first reiki session as a client in 2013 and it changed my life. I felt so much clarity afterwards and it helped me navigate through a difficult period in my life. I then became a Usui Reiki Master in March 2024. I also host a podcast on the paranormal and the spiritual called Unexplained Inc. In late 2021 I met a certified hypnotist and breath-work facilitator who was a guest on the show. She specialized in what is known as spiritually based hypnotherapy. One year later I would receive certification in her online training course and would practice (and get practiced on) throughout 2023. This form of hypnotherapy is traditional and yet branches out to a stronger connection with the non-physical. Like past-life regressions, future self, channeling and deepening your intuition. I also plan on holding workshops at the Centre. Some will be drum journey circles with principles I’ve learned while taking courses in core shamanism. Some may branch out further. I cannot wait to work with you in the outside world and within the subconscious. I myself am a living and breathing example of how this work can benefit the evolution of your soul.
