My passion for health and wellness led me to transition from a successful career in quality assurance and management within the food industry to a profession focused on helping people feel their best. I believe every client is unique and deserves individualized care. My treatments are tailored to address each client's specific needs, whether they are experiencing chronic pain, muscle tension, postural imbalances, stress, or sports-related injuries. I utilize a variety of techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, and Joint Mobilization to help clients achieve lasting results. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, exploring nature, and continuing my education in manual therapy and rehabilitation.
