The Peridot Wellness Rehab Team consists of clinicians and certified Pilates instructors with the skills and expertise to help guide you to feeling your best. Our rehabilitation is often done in the studio, using a variety of Pilates apparatuses. You must complete an initial assessment in order to book rehabilitation follow up visits at Peridot Wellness and have an active treatment plan.
