Massage has always fascinated me for its ability to comfort, heal, and improve people’s well-being—relieving pain, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation. Growing up, I saw the impact of compassionate touch firsthand: helping my grandmother with arthritis, learning infant massage from my grandmother and mother, and caring for children in my family. These experiences inspired me to pursue formal training, where I graduated with honors, grounding my natural practice in anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based techniques. I focus on prenatal, postpartum, pediatric massage, and provide general and manual lymphatic techniques, combining skill, empathy, and a genuine desire to help clients feel their best. I love treating my clients with the same care and compassion I would wish for myself—it brings me joy to see them leave relaxed, pain-free, and refreshed, knowing massage has supported their health and comfort. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, watching movies together, exploring natural skincare remedies, and continuing to deepen my knowledge in massage therapy.
