“This is the most awaited review from me. I truly believe in “don’t judge a book by its cover,” and the same applies here — do not judge this wellness center by its location or less Google reviews. My wife found Peniby by Google search. After her delivery in 2023, she underwent three surgeries and went through months of severe pelvic pain and physical suffering. After extensive research, She came across a powerful review about Peniby, which gave her hope and confidence to book an appointment. After just the first session, my wife felt noticeably better and genuinely happy. By the time she completed three sessions, she was fully recovered and back to her normal life. We are incredibly grateful to Peniby. Later, I personally experienced her expertise. I had a shoulder injury and knee pain that started in March 2025 and gradually worsened. By August, it became severe. I even attended 12 sessions at a reputed physiotherapy clinic, but unfortunately saw zero improvement. On my wife’s recommendation, I booked osteopathy sessions with Peniby — and it completely changed my situation. I couldn’t lift even 10 pounds above my shoulder, I was limping while walking, and minor jerks (even in an elevator) caused me to fall — twice. That’s how bad it was. After my first session, I experienced about 85% recovery, and after three sessions, I was 100% recovered 🙏🙏. “It’s been months since I have been able to walk down the stairs without pain. I have tried massage, physio and chiro for 7 weeks treatments at a time and little improvement has been done. I happened to have found Peniby as I live close by and I feel blessed that I have. I saw her for 1 osteo treatment on Dec 16 and was able to walk normal and go down the stairs with ZERO pain or stiffness today, Dec 17. I am still in shock as I write this. “I have been seeing Peniby for around 2 years due to a sports injury with my lower back and sciatic nerve. Her oesteopathy treatment is very effective, and as a young athlete, she has helped speed up my recovery so I can get back into my sports faster. After my sessions with Peniby I always feel less pain in my injured areas and in my overall muscle tension. She also recommends many exercises I can do at home to help my recovery. I have been going to her for regular massage, deep tissue and deep tissue acupressure massages and she is absolutely wonderful! I was amazed that her form of massage therapy creates an emotional release and truly gets to the root of the problem. You will walk out feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and tightness GONE 110%!
