Her approach to treatment is rooted in changing the perspective on massage therapy - shifting it from simply "fixing pain" to creating a space that feels grounded, safe, and restorative. Payge's work is slow, intentional, and therapeutic. While she effectively addressed areas of concern, her focus is also helping clients slow down and reconnect with their bodies.
