About Pawandeep
Pawandeep Kaur has been a registered physiotherapist since 2005. She graduated in India and worked for three years there before she moved to Canada in 2010. She has been practicing physiotherapy in Ontario since 2014 after obtaining her license and registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
She has had the experience to work with patients with motor vehicle, slip and fall and workplace injuries. Pawan has worked with patients with various injuries but orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries is what interests her the most. She believes that empathy is her greatest virtue and that a multi-disciplinary and holistic approach is the key to healing with comfort. She strives to uncover the root cause of her patients’ symptoms to correct the underlying dysfunction and prevent the problem from recurring.
Her treatment heavily focuses on manual therapy and individualized exercise prescription to facilitate active rehabilitation.
Pawan is well trained in dry needling, cupping, shockwave therapy, Bioflex Laser Therapy and Kinesiotaping. She is always excited to take new courses to further enhance her skills to provide better mobility and relief to her patients. Physiotherapy is Pawan’s passion and she is grateful to be a part of this profession where each day provides her an opportunity to make a positive difference in many lives.
