About Paula

Paula is a Registered Massage Therapist graduated from Humber College in 2018. Throughout her academic off-campus internships she gained experience of delivering safe and effective treatments to a variety of special populations ranging from pregnancy/infants, mental/health addictions, complex health conditions, palliative care and athletes. During her on-campus internship she treated patients for muscle spasm, muscular imbalances, headaches, plantar fasciitis and Multiple Sclerosis. Her goal is to apply an evidence-based approach by combining manual and movement-based therapy to each treatment.
