Paula is an experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical expertise and a strong passion for helping people get back to the activities they love. A graduate of the University of Alberta with additional training in Kinesiology, she has developed a comprehensive approach to care that blends evidence-based techniques with advanced therapeutic skills. Paula treats a wide range of injuries, from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries to complex sports-related conditions. She is certified in Acupuncture, using both traditional Chinese medicine points and modern approaches to support recovery from musculoskeletal issues. Her specialized training also includes spinal manipulation and therapeutic ultrasound for mastitis. Whether working with athletes, new moms, or patients recovering from everyday injuries, Paula is dedicated to restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term wellness. Outside of the clinic, she’s a proud Calgary Flames fan.
