I am passionate about getting results for my clients. I will help you get to the root of your problem, so that you can enjoy your body’s fullest potential.
My approach to treatment combines extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology with finely honed intuition. I approach each of my clients with compassion and empathy, fostering trust and understanding. I believe that movement and exercise are fundamentally important for a healthy life, and incorporate active home care into your treatments.
I graduated from Fleming College in 2012. I continue to cultivate my practice by studying the latest research on massage, and by exploring other bodywork modalities.
