As a registered kinesiologist, my goal is to empower clients to improve their health and performance through active rehabilitation, movement education, and individualized exercise prescription. I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley, where I gained valuable clinical experience and hands-on mentorship.
My core philosophy in active rehabilitation is that education and knowledge are essential to optimal recovery and long-term injury prevention. I focus on helping clients understand how their bodies move, ensuring they know the specific purpose and benefit behind every exercise in their program.
My passion for human movement began in high school through my active involvement in sports like rugby, kickboxing, and weightlifting. Outside of the clinic, I spend much of my weekend serving as a church drummer.
